Matt Kaplan is the founder and CEO of Ace Entertainment, a top-tier entertainment company focused on making feature films, television series, and digital content for youth audiences. The former President of Awesomeness Films, Kaplan has produced some of the most buzzy YA films in recent history, including the runaway success To All the Boys I've Loved Before and next year's sequel To All the Boys I've Loved Before 2, the recent rom-com hit The Perfect Date, and Spontaneous starring Katherine Langford.

Kaplan and upcoming projects include the Are You Afraid of the Dark TV reboot based on the 1990s Nickelodeon television series, the features 10 Blind Dates based on the novel by Ashley Elston, Replica, based on the Lauren Oliver's best-selling novel of the same name and Runaway, a family comedy based on the true story of a teen troublemaker tricks his family and runs away to Bali.
