Goutam Sharma, known for his Netflix debut role Suneel in "Guns & Gulaabs" was born on December 28, 1994, in Mukerian, Punjab. He shifted to Mumbai in 2022 to chase his acting dreams. Previously he played Jomo in "Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui" (2021).

Career: Goutam started acting in 2016 on the theater stage, trying diverse roles that made him more versatile. He had a cameo role in the movie "Amannat" in 2018, which gave him valuable on-screen experience. In 2019, he acted in Haryana's first web series, "Camp Banvas," leading to opportunities in ads and music videos. Amidst Covid-19 in 2020, he seized a role in "Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui" with Ayushman Khurana & Vaani Kapoor. His Bollywood journey started, and people loved him as the hilarious character "Jomo". His parents, Parshotam Lal and Usha Devi, and elder brother Mintu Sharma who manages HDFC Bank, live in Mukerian. With a twin, Gourav Sharma, sharing his career ambition, they pursued education and acting training together. Goutam completed 12th grade at A.S. Sen Secondary School in 2012, then pursued Non-Medical studies at SPN College, Mukerian, graduating in 2016. Both twins earned successive Best Actor awards at the Youth Festival for 2 years. Fueled by his theatrical passion, Goutam attained an "M.A. in the Theatre and TV Department" from Punjabi University Patiala in 2018.
