Katie Mattila

Katie Mattila is a comedy writer based in Los Angeles. She has written for numerous animated television series at Nickelodeon, Disney, DreamWorks, Warner Bros. and Amazon studios. She got her start on the Peabody Award winning Avatar: The Last Airbender. Her credits also include Emmy-Award winning shows The Loud House, Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure, The Casagrandes, and Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, for which she was nominated for an Annie award. Growing up, Katie, like a lot of kids, relied on television for guidance and to feel connected to the world. Today, she writes especially for kids like her.
