Biography

Anne Ross was born in 1925. She was a writer, known for Out of the Past (1969), The Celts (1987) and The Celts (2000). She died in 2012.

A Gaelic-speaking Celtic scholar and archaeologist, she was a Research Fellow in Archaeology at the University of Southampton and professor at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth.
