Cheka Shining

Franchesca Monzon, also known as Cheka Shining, is a pioneering advocate for self-love and body positivity. Seven years ago, after a difficult split with her children's father, she started the self-love movement that has now evolved into the ChekaShining Self-Love Revolution. In 2023, she founded Shine Your Light L.L.C. Overcoming her own experiences of bullying due to her weight, Franchesca became a model, self-love coach and advocate, inspiring others to embrace their uniqueness through initiatives like the "I Am Enough" movement and the Positive Affirmation Runway, which she created. Her youngest daughter, Olivia, also known as Livey, motivated by Franchesca's unwavering dedication, has become the first child self-love advocate and is the creator of the self-love pledge. Together, they promote self-acceptance through their self-love club, which is on Instagram as Cheka and Livey's Self-Love Club. They distribute positive affirmation bookmarks, conduct private Zoom classes, and offer self-love merchandise. Franchesca's mantra, "We all have a light, and it's time we let it shine," underscores her belief in the power of self-worth and transformation. Despite financial and societal challenges, Franchesca continues to champion self-love, touching countless lives with her advocacy. A single mother of five, she also excels as a runway model, actress, writer, and producer of "Can You Relate?" on YouTube. Her legacy of empowerment and resilience continues to inspire and uplift communities.
