David Vincent DiBona is a passionate filmmaker and photographer based in Philadelphia. With a keen eye for capturing life on the streets, he specializes in street photography and has an exceptional talent for creating portraits that capture the essence of his subjects. David's love for filmmaking has led him to produce numerous short films, including his most notable achievement, Funny How, a film that explores the struggles of a small-time comedian in South Philadelphia. Another recent narrative short, RTO, follows an ensemble of characters navigating the absurdities of corporate America and return-to-office culture.

David also directed Project Unlock the Cities, a powerful documentary that follows a group of students as they travel between New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. through the New Jersey EOF program. The film highlights themes of access, opportunity, and the transformative power of education and travel.
