Biography

Patrícia started her activity in production more than 20 years ago, went through several production areas, from cinema, television, theater, advertising, fashion, etc. However, it was in cinema and television that she did much of her professional career. She collaborated for the first time in the production of Produções Fictícias by Nuno Artur Silva. In 2009, she returned to Produções Fictícias where she was until July 2014. During these 5 years, she produced several series of comedy programs by Gato Fedorento, among them or the live daily tv show, Esmiúça os Sufrágios, for a Portuguese Tv Channel - SIC. She had her cinema debut as a personal assistant to director Maria Medeiros, in the feature film Capitães de Abril and from then on she was part of the production teams of several Portuguese and foreign films, as a production assistant and unit manager. Highlights: A Raiz do Coração, by Paulo Rocha; Branca de Neve, by João César Monteiro; Água e Sal, by Teresa Villaverde; A Mulher que Acreditava ser presidente dos EUA, by João Botelho; Lá Fora, by Fernando Lopes; Aquele Querido Mês de Agosto, de Miguel Gomes, among others. She has been a production manager since 2005, in films such as: André Valente, by Catarina Ruivo, or more recently Fátima, by João Canijo and also the awarded short film Como Fernando Pessoa salvou Portugal, by Eugène Green. During these years, there were many producers with whom she worked: António Cunha Telles; Paulo Branco, Fernando Vendrell, Luís Urbano, Sérgio Tréfaut, Pedro Borges, etc. In 2020, starts her collaboration with the film production company O Som e a Fúria as line producer and production manager, roles she took on Céline Devaux's debut feature film Tout Le Monde Aime Jeanne.
