Phil Keaggy was born on March 23, 1951 in Youngstown, Ohio, USA. He is a composer and actor, known for Reagan (2024), Israel in Exile (2002) and Body Electric (1984).

Younger brother of actress Mary Ellen Kay.

Has released more than fifty albums ranging from Progressive Rock, Jazz and Classical. He has released mostly instrumental projects and collaborative work as of late, but had much success with earlier vocal albums.
