- Konstantin Bolotov was born in 1892 in Kharkov, Kharkov Governorate, Russian Empire [now, Kharkiv, Ukraine]. Konstantin was a director and writer, known for Gazetchiki (1931), Vreditel (1929) and Mitya (1927). Konstantin died on May 14, 1934.
- Studied at the Kharkov Decorative College and Art School. In the early 1920s, he worked at the B. Glagolin Theater in Odessa, as an artist at the book publishing house "Book of Spilka". Since 1925 - production designer at VUFKU (Kharkov, Kyiv), since 1927 - director at the Kiev film factory VUFKU.
