- Alicia Juárez was born on July 9, 1949 in La Barca, Jalisco, Mexico. She was an actress, known for El charro del misterio (1980), La mafia de la frontera (1979) and Traigo la sangre caliente (1977). She was married to José Alfredo Jiménez. She died on August 26, 2017 in Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Mexico.

- In Oxnard, California she met Mexican singer-songwriter José Alfredo Jiménez, who launched her to fame and with whom she would later marry. She was the inspiration for several of Jiménez's last songs, such as the song "Es muy niña".
