Jen Friesen is a two-time Emmy Award-winning television producer and creative storyteller known for her work across unscripted, documentary, and premium digital programming. With a career rooted in Los Angeles and spanning major networks and platforms, she has built a reputation for shaping compelling, human-centered stories that resonate with wide audiences.

She is an Emmy winner for her work on the Facebook Watch series Red Table Talk and the documentary special Project Not Me: Diabetes Prevention. She also received Emmy nominations for the YouTube Premium series Mind Field and an additional season of Red Table Talk.
