- Loy Edge is a business concept developer and designer from Kansas City with an extensive career as a voiceover artist and character actor in film and television since 2000. He has won the London International Award for Best Artiste Performance for voice work. His voice appears in animation, video games and commercials. Edge's professional debut was an appearance as two of the Warner Brothers classic cartoon character voices for Warner/Kid Rhino. He has been a network television writer and producer.

- Mark Burnett and Donald Trump fell in love with Loy's rat pack-inspired singing of an original song by two Hollywood music producers called "Hey Jump!" Contracts were signed and the song was produced with Sinatra's own horn section as the official theme song of yet-to-be-launched "The Apprentice." NBC was rumored to have replaced it just before the launch due to pressure from an advertiser.
- One of Loy's early ventures was a classic dive bar concept he developed in 1982. Buzzard Beach remains one of the most successful watering holes in Kansas City's Westport entertainment district.
