Bryan Daly was born on September 29, 1932 in Barnes, Richmond Upon Thames, London, England, UK. He was a composer, known for The Good Companions (1980), Bad Company (1995) and Famous Gossips (1965). He died on January 15, 2012 in Twickenham, London, England, UK.

He taught guitar at the Ivor Mairants Music School.

He was a well-known session guitarist in the 60s, both on record and film and TV soundtracks.
