Jenn Ross' pedigree and bloodline is filled with serial entrepreneurs. Jenn oversees multiple business ventures operating within the Metro Detroit Area under her excellent leadership. Jenn's work ethic is second to none and is equally demonstrated throughout her community engagement and social responsibility efforts. Before falling in love with film, Jenn represented numerous music artists as a talent Manager. Unbeknown to most managing talent is how Jenn was introduced to the amazing film industry. Jenn loved the vision and team dynamic of KC Carson Productions and took a huge leap of faith into the film production industry.

As a film producer , Jenn's dynamic personality shines and she always leads by example. Her ambition, critical thinking, resourcefulness, and dedication makes her an amazing asset to any project. Not only will she thoroughly attack issues, but she finds appropriate solutions in a timely fashion. Jenn is battle tested and always gets the job done without making excuses. While Jenn didn't start out in filmmaking, she was certainly made for it, and she proves it daily.

Jenn has efficiently carved out a space for herself in Music, Fashion, and Film. She set a goal to be multifaceted in the Entertainment Industry and she is doing just that at an extremely high level. Jenn has been a producer, executive producer, and music supervisor on several films. Jenn serves as the CFO of KC Carson Productions and is helping the company grow and excel into the upper echelon of independent film companies.
