Sharan SS is an Indian actor, casting director, acting coach, and performance groomer working across film, television, and digital media. With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, he has built a career spanning acting, casting, performance coaching, and talent development. He holds a Master’s in Theatre Arts from the School of Drama, Thrissur (University of Calicut) and trained in mime under Padma Shri Niranjan Goswami of Indian Mime Theatre, Kolkata. His theatre background forms the foundation of his realistic, process-oriented approach to performance and actor training. Over the years, Sharan has worked with filmmakers, production houses, television networks, and acting institutions, mentoring aspiring and professional actors alike. He has conducted more than 300 acting and performance workshops across India, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, specializing in acting for camera, audition techniques, character development, improvisation, voice and body language, and performance psychology.
