Owen James (born Neil Owen Cochrane) is an award-winning Irish actor, writer and director from Craigavon, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

He is known for 'Blue Lights', 'Hope Street' and 'Say Nothing'.

Owen trained at 'Belfast Metropolitan College', 'The Houde School of Acting' in Ohio, and the online drama school 'iampro'.
