Nandi Sharma is a filmmaker, actor, and creator whose work sits at the intersection of emotional truth and controlled chaos. He began his creative journey in theater and community plays before building an early following through YouTube, where he recreated iconic film scenes and developed original, character-driven sketches-laying the foundation for his storytelling voice.

He is the writer, director, producer, and lead actor of the award-winning short film Hero, an intimate exploration of men’s mental health and vulnerability. The film earned Best Actor and Best First-Time Filmmaker at the American Filmatic Arts Awards, along with additional festival recognition, establishing Nandi as a filmmaker unafraid to pair bold creativity with emotional depth.

Expanding into television, Nandi is the co-creator and lead of the dark comedy series Don’t Do It. The independently produced pilot has received Best Pilot at the Indie Short Festival, Honorable Mention at the NYC TV Festival, and nomination for Best Comedy at Always Late TV Movie Awards.

As an actor, Nandi has appeared in Jamal Dedeaux’s The Late Night Creep and delivered a standout dance performance in Apple TV’s Wolfs, alongside George Clooney and Brad Pitt. He is also the co-founder of Weekend Pictures, a filmmaking collective committed to high-volume creation, producing a new short film every two weeks to stay sharp, collaborative, and relentlessly active.
