Antonio Dean began his career in theater, appearing in numerous local stage productions before transitioning to film. His most notable role to date is as Isaiah Smith in the powerful short film 'Hurt' (2025), in which he received the Best Young Actor award at the Los Angeles Film Awards (LAFA) in October of 2025, and once again at the New York Film Awards during the same month.
From a young age, Antonio discovered a passion for acting, immersing himself in workshops and community theatre at just 7 years old. He made his on-screen debut as Colin Patel in 'Almost an Angel' (2025). He starred as Fillian in the award-winning horror short 'Al Fresco' (2024), and portrayed Hunter in 'Permanent Scar' (2025), a grief and loneliness centered short film which premiered at the Oscar-qualifying Flickers' Rhode Island International Film Festival.
His additional screen credits include Satch in the upcoming miniseries 'Heartland Horror Chronicles' (2025); Gabriel in the thriller 'The Seventh Day' (2025); Max Robinson in the socially conscious short 'They Would Never' (2024); and Raoul in the educational campaign film 'Teen Alcohol Use' (2023).
Outside of acting, Antonio has appeared in various modeling campaigns and commercial projects.
