Jim Janicek is the creative/collaborative force behind five nine-figure brands with five to 18-year runs. This includes creator of ABC TGIF, and the launch of 3 major networks. Jim founded and leads Janicek Media (1990 to present), an entrepreneurial firm that develops branded entertainment programming, innovative 360 media messaging campaigns, and new channels of distribution from concept to delivery.

Clients include ABC, Fox, NBC, Disney, Warner Bros. Comcast, and Dish. Janicek created and ran the Xfinity Latino Entertainment Channel for Comcast to 22M HH Nationwide from 2012-2020. This innovative linear and streaming product help Comcast Xfinity grow their Latino customer engagement by 600% in 24 months.

Jim has produced and is credited for 3500+ hours of original programming and brand content. Jim's most recent 2021 projects include Exec Producing a ground breaking documentary short on Quantum computing called Quantum State, The film Adeline (2021), and joining forces with Brian Bird of "When Calls The Heart" to produce The Engagement Plot (2022), The Happy Camper (2022)
