Sara Chung(I)

Hi, I'm Sara - a 23-year-old Korean American filmmaker from Los Angeles. I care about stories that are tender, resilient, and honest about what makes us human. My first short film, Inganmi-made possible with the support of Panavision-traveled to festivals in 2024, including an Oscar-qualifying premiere and a Best Short Film award in South Korea. In 2023, I co-founded Studio Inganmi with friends who share the belief that hopeful stories matter. I've been lucky to learn from generous mentors, and I hope to one day pay that forward by supporting others the way I've been supported.
