Johnny Vorsteg

Johnny Vorsteg is from Verona, NJ and grew up performing in operas and musicals with his identical twin brother Thomas Vorsteg. Both brothers appear in Memory, a new movie written and directed by Michel Franco, starring Jessica Chastain and Merritt Wever. Johnny was on live TV as Odette in La Cage Aux Folles with Phoenix Theatre and danced professionally with the Paul Taylor 2 Company for five years, performing all over the country, in Bermuda, and in NYC at Lincoln Center's Koch Theatre. His dad-also an identical twin-was a violinist and his mom is an opera singer. Offscreen, he enjoys his work as a teaching artist with numerous performing arts programs across the tri-state area.
