Biography

Jiana Awwad is a Barcelona-based Arab actress, originally from Nazareth. Fluent in Arabic, English, Spanish, Italian, and Hebrew, her international film credits include a lead role in The First Dinner (2024 Asian World Film Festival) and the Spanish-Catalan feature La Frontera by Judit Colell. She also recently wrapped the short film Mutual Lies by Thodoris Vournas. In addition to acting, Jiana is a singer, belly dancer, and voiceover artist with credits including Nikon.
