Biography

Carissa Marquez is a SAG-AFTRA Mexican-American actress working in film and television. She has starred in multiple feature films in leading roles, including Taken From Me (2025) opposite Kate del Castillo and Convoke (2026).

She comes from a Mexican boxing family and began training in competitive dance at a young age. Her transition into acting emerged through her dance training, which ultimately led her into film and television work.
