Akshata Murty Sunak was born on 25 April 1980 in Hubli, Karnataka, India. She has been married to Rishi Sunak since 30 August 2009. They have two children.
Her father, N. R. Narayana Murthy, is one of the founders of Infosys. Akshata holds 0.93% of the company's stock, a share that was worth over $1 billion in January 2022.
