From 2005 on Bela also worked as a theatre actor, e.g. on the international theatre tour for "Ein Apartment zu dritt" ("Accommodations") in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. From 2011 to 2013 Bela played a lead role in the german daily TV series "Unter uns" ("Under one roof"). His character of Bela was especially written for him and named after him. For this role he was nominated "Best Newcomer" for the "German Soap Awards" in 2011. In March 2012 Bela was the MC in the popular german TV music show "The Dome".
