Aszue Dee Wilson is a versatile entertainment professional with a diverse career spanning acting, producing, writing, and directing. Known for her roles in Wakin' Up in Reno, For the Love of Money, Oklahoma Dreamin', and For the Love of Mine, Aszue's career is a testament to her commitment to storytelling and creative excellence. A native of Oklahoma City, Aszue began her career in the entertainment industry at the age of 13, booking her first acting role in a reenactment scene for America's Most Wanted. Determined to follow her passion, she moved to Los Angeles after high school with just $100 to her name. There, she studied theatre at Santa Monica College and later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Biola University. Her acting journey took a major leap when she landed a role in Wakin' Up in Reno, starring alongside Billy Bob Thornton, Charlize Theron, and Patrick Swayze. This experience inspired her to expand her creative vision into writing and directing, leading her to pursue an MFA in Screenwriting and Film Production from UCLA's School of Theater, Film, and Television. Aszue made her directorial debut with the short film Something Blue and continues to explore the intersection of storytelling and production. In addition to her acting and directing work, Aszue has produced short documentaries Breakthrough and Decoding the Unarmed, and served as associate producer for the feature film For the Love of Money.
