Biography

Samuel L. Pierce is an American actor, writer, director, and producer whose career reflects a rare fusion of performance and production. His passion for filmmaking began in elementary school and was further cultivated in fourth grade by a media teacher who helped channel his early ambitions into tangible projects. By age 13, Samuel had written multiple full-length feature scripts, laying the groundwork for what would become his debut sci-fi feature, The Future of Us. Produced through his company, Electric Shock Productions, the film marked his transition from page to screen and was released on digital platforms in 2022.

A true multi-hyphenate, Samuel sharpened his acting craft at Stadium High School’s Theatre Department while continuing to develop his filmmaking voice. A 2nd Degree Black Belt with a background in competitive athletics and stunt performance, Samuel brings authenticity to physically demanding roles, frequently performing his own action sequences. His training includes combat choreography, stunt falls, firearms handling, skiing, and most recently, cold water scuba diving and dry suit certification, expanding his capability for roles set in demanding marine and extreme environments.

His growing filmography includes the comedy feature The Get Rich Quick Scheme, in which he stars as lead protagonist Micky. He went on to write, direct, and star in the sporting drama Off The Line, portraying professional speed skater Mark Stevenson. He currently leads the sci-fi action feature Jack Harrison: Rogue Protocol, starring as Jack Harrison, further establishing his presence as both a dynamic on-screen lead and a driven filmmaker building ambitious genre projects through Electric Shock Productions
