Anggita Puri(I)

Anggita Puri is a film director, screenwriter, and actor based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is an alumna of the BIFAN NAFF Fantastic Film School 2023 and also participated in the Platform Busan BIFF 2024. Puri's works intricately explore themes of culture, womanhood, and human connection. Her short films have been screened and awarded at various film festivals, including the Festival Film Indonesia, Minikino Film Week, Ubud Writers & Readers Film Festival, ReelOzind Australia Indonesia Film Festival, Seoul International Extreme-Short Image & Film Festival, and others. Puri is in the process of developing her debut feature-length film, When The Girls Go Marching In, produced by the Indonesian film production company, Studio Antelope. The project has garnered further recognition by being selected for the lineup of LOCK X Full Circle Lab 2023.
