Biography

Ishita Gupta (born 10 October 2000) is a Gen Z supermodel and designer who has taken the fashion industry by storm. Born in Ludhiana to an aristocratic family of doctors, Ishita moved to Kolkata where her family runs healthcare centres in and around Ohio in the USA. Her sister, Broti, is a writer for the popular American sitcom, The Simpsons. Ishita studied at the prestigious Calcutta International School and later pursued her graduate studies in mass communication at SCMC. She is an alumni of the institute which also produced students like the phenomenal Gauri Shinde that directed Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer "Dear Zindagi." Currently Ishita is pursuing her masters in professional acting from LAMDA, the best acting school in the world, with alumni like Benedict Cumberbatch.

In her early teens, Ishita managed Brian Lara for Sachin Tendulkar's 200th test match. She is also a brand ambassador for numerous brands such as Prequel Inc, Sugar Bear, Lulu Hypermarkets, etc. She has covered magazines like Glamour Bulgaria, Ellements Magazine in NY and owns two brands, Isivis London & Iygieia London. She has a massive following of over 1 million followers on Instagram, where she is quite active.

Ishita has played the main character in an Indo-Arab feature film, "It Happened That Night," which unfortunately never got released due to differences between the director and producer. Ishita has been the face of countless brands, including Mattle, Imax, Lipsy London, Devji since 1950, Mukta A2 Cinemas, and Lulu Hypermarkets.

Although they were to marry, Ishita decided to prioritize her dreams instead.
