Biography

Laura Lopez is a Colombian Audiovisual Communicator, with a degree from Universidad of La Sabana. She has produced numerous award-winning films, including Felicidad (2018), Felicidad (2019), Electrofrequency (2021), Barro y Cristal (2021), and more.

In addition to her work in film, Laura has worked with Dynamo Producciones in Colombia on multiple series, including Juanpis Gonzalez (Netflix series) and Joaquin Murrieta (Amazon Prime).

Laura graduated from New York Film Academy with an MF in Film & Media Production. As a Latina worker in the film industry, she recognizes the importance of Latino representation and presence in the industry. She believes that as a producer, it's important to not only understand the needs of different departments, but also to actively seek out and promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of film production.
