Thodoros Papakostas

Theodoros Papakostas is from Thessaloniki, Greece. He graduated in Archaeology from the University of Reading and has a Masters in Prehistoric Archaeology from the University of Nottingham, both in England. He has participated in excavations in Greece and the United Kingdom and has worked at the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki and the Archaeological Survey of Kilkis. He holds a PhD in Classical Archaeology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He believes that knowledge only has meaning when it is transmitted and that we all need to know about Antiquity. He created the Instagram profiles @Archaeostoryteller, in Greek, and @Archaeostoryteller.en, in English, where he teaches about Antiquity in a direct and humorous way.
