Chayanika Baishya

Chayanika Baishya, professionally known as 'Synicah', is an actress, singer, songwriter, composer, and rapper. She was born and raised in Assam, India. Chayanika made her debut with her single 'Scars' in 2018. In 2019, she performed on the title track of the Assamese film 'Ratnakar', which was one of the biggest releases in Northeast India. She continued to release several singles, including 'Warrior' (2021) and 'IDC' (2023). In 2023, she moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue her acting and music career and graduated in Acting for Film from the New York Film Academy, Los Angeles. Subsequently, she appeared in several projects, including films, short films, TV shows, and commercials. In 2024, she released her fourth single, 'Rollercoaster'. She is set to appear in an upcoming television series, 'Gunsmart Nation', an adaptation of a book written by Dwight. B. Bradford. Meanwhile, she is also starring in an upcoming feature film, 'The Ticking of Marc Elliot'.
