Italian-born and educated, Edo Brizio is a post-production specialist and finishing collaborator with a strong focus on cinematography-driven storytelling. Working professionally since 2000, he approaches post-production as a creative extension of the camera department-shaping rhythm, performance, and color to protect and enhance the cinematographer’s intent from set through final delivery.
Over the course of his career, Edo has collaborated closely with directors, cinematographers, editors, and actors including Jon Amiel, Joe Dante, Dean Cundey, Matthew Libatique, Vittorio Storaro, Mark Goldblatt, Terry Rawlings, as well as performers such as Adrien Brody, Joaquin Phoenix, Casey Affleck, and Al Pacino.
His work spans feature films, television, commercials, and music videos, with particular emphasis on color pipeline design, HDR finishing, editorial workflows, and final mastering. Edo’s approach centers on maintaining visual continuity and intentionality-ensuring that what is captured on set is faithfully translated to the screen.
Edo operates private post-production studios in Marina del Rey and Joshua Tree, California, each featuring a 4K HDR Sony laser projection environment and professional finishing tools including DaVinci Resolve, Avid, and Adobe Premiere Pro. These spaces are designed for close collaboration with directors and cinematographers, allowing creative decisions to be made in a true theatrical context.
