Jadwiga Rutkiewicz-Mikulska was born on 1 January 1938 in Skierniewice, Lódzkie, Poland. She was a costume designer and actress, known for Skradziona kolekcja (1979), Bumerang (1966) and Pejzaz z bohaterem (1971). She was married to Stanislaw Mikulski and Jan Rutkiewicz. She died on 19 January 1985 in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland.

She had a daughter, <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0752038/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Magdalena Jadwiga Rutkiewicz-Luterek</a>, with her first husband, Jan. She also had a son with her second husband, Stanislaw, who died a few hours after childbirth.
