Hutson Hayward is the Head of Post Production & Technology at Herzog & Co. with over 15 years of professional experience. Hailing from small-town Maine (where yes, he walked to school on the railroad tracks), Hutson came to Los Angeles in 2005, where he found a position at HCO dubbing VHS tapes on the night shift. From this simple start, he gained deep expertise in all aspects of Post Production and video technology, overseeing first the transition from SD to HD video, then the subsequent transition from physical to digital media. Now leading the Post Production and Technology Departments as the industry moves to 4K and beyond, he works closely with Production and Design, and interacts directly with clients to find appropriate solutions and ensure excellent quality.
