In high school, Allison competed in SkillsUSA, a national career and technological organization. She represented the state of Maryland for Radio Broadcasting in Louisville, Kentucky for the national championship.

In 2017, Allison traveled to twelve countries: the United States, England, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, the Vatican City, Greece, Ireland, Norway, France, Scotland, and Wales.

During her undergrad, Allison was a sister of Alpha Sigma Alpha's Theta Lambda chapter (2016-2019). She served as Social Chairman in 2019.
