Biography

Born in Cincinnati, Ohio. Raised in Lake Zurich, Illinois - Northwest suburbs. Father is a mechanical engineer; mother a homemaker. Dave attended Columbia College from 1985 to 1987. Shortly afterwards he had the opportunity to watch many feature films being shot in Chicago. He worked as assistant camera on Chains (1989). Starting slowly, he built up a small film equipment rental company. Focusing on vehicle camera mounts, Dave has become an expert by providing gear mounts for automobiles and Lear jets. Today his company, Advanced Multimedia, Inc provides professional film gear to four states in the Midwest (Illinois, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio).

He resides with his family in a newly developed area in the Greater Lansing, Michigan area. As Great Lakes tourism remains the second largest industry in the state, Dave feels right at home here. Actor/director Jeff Daniels makes the state his home as well.
