Danae Spathara

Danae is an Athens-based film producer working with Heretic. Active in the audiovisual industry since 2002, her career spans film, commercials, digital media, and cultural events. Since 2019 she has been producing films, focusing on the development and production of international feature projects. She is an alumna of the EAVE Producers Workshop (2022), ACE Animation Special (2026), and Midpoint Feature Launch (2019). She represented Greece as Producer on the Move in 2026. Danae holds an MA in Film & Television Production from the University of Bristol (UK). Committed to sustainable and environmentally responsible filmmaking, she was trained at the Torino Green Film Lab in 2024.
