Was chosen in 1975 to represent South Africa in the Miss World contest,
but was later disqualified when it was found she was actually born in
Rhodesia. This blonde lady did have a rose named after her though. She
went on to marry the All Black rugby player, Alan Sutherland and they
ran a horse stud farm in Natal together.
