- Raven Petretti-Stamper is a screenwriter whose work blends heart, humor, and emotional chaos in equal measure. She writes with Jerome Perzigian (The Golden Girls, Frasier, Married with Children), Emmy winner and three time Emmy nominee.
Her short film Through Open Doors screened in NY, NJ, and KY, winning multiple awards for Best Film, Best Original Story, and Ensemble Acting. Her latest short, My Friend Doubt, has screened numerous times in the U.S. and abroad, and has earned numerous festival awards.
Raven’s TV pilot Never Let Go has received multiple accolades on the screenwriting circuit. Her anthology series pilot Blindsided landed her a spot in the Nostos Writers' Retreat. She developed her newest series, Bridget & the Boy-Bot, during the Stowe Story Labs TV Writers Room program. Early drafts received Honorable Mentions from both the North Fork TV Festival and the Finish Line Script Competition as well as top 10 placement on the Screenplay Mechanic's Best of List for 2025.
She is a published playwright and a proud member of the Dramatists Guild, a 2021 Kennedy Center Playwriting Intensive alum, and a 2022 Yale Writers’ Workshop fellow. She trained as an actor at NYU Tisch and AADA, and proudly earned her unofficial MFA from the School of Life, where she’s is now pursuing a PhD in perseverance.
