Travis Howard was Born in Manchester Georgia. The son of a Southern Gospel singing family, he spent his youth performing in bands across the United States, Europe, and Australia.
Travis moved to Hollywood in 1997 and became a part of the California country revival of the early 2000s. He was instrumental as a writer in the early career of country superstar, Miranda Lambert and has contributed to the works of Dierks Bentley, Keith Urban and more.
During the pandemic, Travis produced an All-Star album with Emmy winning comedic actor Leslie Jordan, featuring some of the most important names and music; Brandi Carlile, Chris Stapleton, Eddie Vedder, Dolly Parton and many more.
Most recently, Travis is scoring films and television shows in Hollywood. As tethered to the music of his childhood as ever, Travis Howard's music seeks to connect Hollywood film music and the rural South.
