Rogelio de la Rosa was born on 12 November 1916 in Lubao, Pampanga, Philippines. He was an actor and writer, known for Higit sa lahat (1955), Prinsipe Amante (1950) and Veronica (1957). He was married to Lota Delgado and Dolores 'Lolita' Z. Bayot. He died on 26 November 1986 in Manila, Philippines.
