Tim Delhaes

Tim Delhaes is a nomadic and serial entrepreneur who started his adventure during the dot.com boom in 1997 in South America. He has raised funding several times, exited, and crashed several companies over the last twenty years. Through First Tuesday, Endeavor, and Founder Institute, he has worked hands-on with dozens of founders on their business plans, pitches, and heart/mind-breaking problems.

Over the last ten years, he has experimented with the future of work as well as digital platforms, engineering an accidental startup into a distributed team of a hundred people and six different companies. The companies operate under a single brand, InboundLabs, which is today a Diamond Tier HubSpot partner. The companies have jointly served over five hundred customers and count HubSpot as a customer for which they have built half a dozen products including HubSpot's services marketplace.

In 2017, Tim began a more active exploration into blockchain by diving hands-on into Solidity, and soon found himself addicted. This led to a journey that turned into bootstrapping grindery.io, a decentralized payout system for DAOs funded by grants from Harmony, where Tim recently became an advisor to the Harmony Incubator DAO.
