- Arnold Czempin was born on May 8, 1887 in Berlin, Germany. He was an actor, known for Ramara (1916), Lilli (1919) and Das Lied der Liebe (1916). He died on November 12, 1974 in New York City, New York, USA.
- He already appeared in front of the camera in 1911 for the first time in "Der Unbekannte" (1911) but his real film career started in 1916.
- In 1945 he emigrated to the USA where he remained till his death. He did not appear in any movies in those years.
- His last cinematical works came at the beginning of the 20s into being with "Das Recht der freien Liebe" (1920), "Gräfin Walewska" (1920), "Der tote Gast" (1921) and "Der grosse Sensationsprozess" (1923).
- When the political situation in Germany changed he emigrated to Tel Aviv where he lived for several years.
- In 1911 he started a career as a theater actor, additionally he campaigned for theater workers with the co-foundation of the "Schutzverband für Bühnenangehörige".
