Ray Addison is a producer and presenter with over 24 years working across television and radio.
He began his career by studying a degree in Television & Video Production at Bournemouth University, before moving to London and working in format development.
Ray spent the next 10 years working across a variety of programming for broadcasters including Channel 5, Channel 4, MTV and E! Entertainment. During this time he worked his way up from Assistant to Series Producer and worked with presenters including Iain Lee, Danny Wallace, Caroline Flack and Richard Herring.
In 2009, Ray was asked to create a lifestyle format for Middle Eastern broadcaster Dubai One. Relocating to the United Arab Emirates, he went on to produce 'Studio One', the country's first-ever live English language magazine show. By the time it went off air at the end of 2014, 684 episodes had aired across 16 countries. That same year he was asked to join nightly newscast 'Emirates News' as a Bulletin Editor and also began anchoring the business news.
In 2020 Ray was asked to host Dubai One's Covid-19 awareness show 'Stay At Home', the live launch of the UAE's Mars Hope Probe and the signing of the historic peace accord between the UAE and Israel.
In 2021 Ray hosted 'Mission to Mars', covering the UAE Hope Probe's arrival in the red planet's orbit. He also studied and gained a professional Chef's diploma from the UK's City & Guilds.
In September of 2021 Ray returned to the UK as a News Anchor and Producer on GB News and was part of the launch team for the channel's bulletins.
In 2022 he became a reporter on the station.
