- Genevieve Sage is a screenwriter whose co-written television pilot Dirty Laundry was held under initial exclusivity at Warner Bros.' That's Wonderful Productions and went on to earn multiple Coverfly distinctions, including Top 20 Comedy TV Project of the Month and Top 25% platform-wide. She is also a produced playwright, whose play What We Buried was staged, and a published essayist with work featured in Jane Pratt's publications. A former sketch comedy writer and performer, Genevieve toured nationally with multiple troupes and appeared on Portlandia, Leverage, and Matt & Ben, as well as storytelling stages including Risk! and Get Mortified. She grew up in the woods by a lake in the Pacific Northwest, studied at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, and graduated cum laude from Western Washington University with a degree in Theatre Arts, earning the award for Outstanding Graduate. She went on to study filmmaking at Seattle Film School and participated in an art exhibition with Miranda July.
