- Beaty Reynolds wrote screenplays for Columbia Studios, Sony Studios, RKO, Fox TV, Paramount Studios (twice), NBC., CBS, and HBO. He worked with Diane Keaton to adapt his original screenplay "Don't Get in my Way." "Puppy Love," which he scripted, won best short film at the L.A. International Short Film Festival and screened at the New York Film Festival. An except from his novel JUNKYARD PEOPLE was published in the MID-AMERICAN REVIEW. The New Orleans Theatre Festival produced his play VISITING. His plays have also been produced in New York City and Atlanta. Reynolds wrote the screenplay and was a producer for the feature "The One Who Loves You." The movie had an extensive run on the festival circuit. His short film "Tricks" received a Bronze Award from Houston WorldFest. Most recently, he was a quarter-finalist at the Holly Shorts Film Festival in Los Angeles.
