Caroline Bersch is the Director of Music Creative Affairs at Motion Picture Corporation of America and an independent music supervisor with a wide-ranging background across A&R, artist management, touring, sync, professional songwriting, and supervision. At MPCA, she oversees the company's music library, composer relations and agreements, cue sheets, and royalty administration, while also serving as an in-house supervisor. Her credits include projects for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and Paramount, notably the Emmy-nominated documentary Diane von Furstenberg: Woman in Charge.
Originally from Los Angeles, Caroline holds dual BAs in Political Science and Communications from Tulane University and splits her time between Los Angeles and New Orleans. Outside of her work in film and television, she is a singer-songwriter and avid supporter of live music.
