Terra C. MacLeod is an internationally recognized actor, director, and choreographer best known for her longstanding association with the acclaimed musical Chicago, having performed the role of Velma Kelly in productions worldwide. Her career spans Broadway, the West End, Film, Television, and international productions, including the cult-classic The Lizzie McGuire Movie. Most recently, she portrayed Marlene Dietrich in Piaf/Dietrich at The Grand Theatre in London, Ontario.
