David Hampton is an actor of Australian and Welsh descent. He graduated from Flinders University in 2014, having studied as part of the Drama Workshop program.
At 21 he was cast in Roland Schimmelpfennig‘s The Golden Dragon, where performers change ethnicity, age, gender and even species - he played a teenage girl of Asian descent, who was also a metaphor and allusion to Aesop’s The Ant and the Grasshopper.
He has recently appeared in the web series Jupiter and the upcoming Christmas special, A Dreamy Summers Christmas.
